Hello There! We’re Glad You’re Here

The Center for Equality is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers that advocate for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community (LGBT) and provide an outlet to find friends, support and entertainment. Currently The Center’s crew is comprised of proud LGBT socialites, creative minds and allies of the LGBT community of Sioux Falls, SD. The Center has hosted several events to raise funds for the organization itself and other organizations such as the AIDS Benevolence Fund and Sioux Fall Pride.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.

More information about our eventsboard members and our organization as a whole can be found throughout the site. We value your support, recognition and acceptance. If you would like to contribute by getting involved, we are always accepting applications for volunteers. If you are unable to volunteer and would still like to show your support, we also accept donations. Every little bit helps and goes toward making Sioux Falls and the surrounding area a safer and a better environment for the LGBT community to flourish.
